The lighthouse route

This is the route of the lighthouses of almost 200 kilometers where body and spirit prove themselves. That is O Camiño dos Faros. The commonly called Route of the Lighthouses is a journey of between 8 to 10 days in which the protagonist is the group of travelers and La Costa Da Morte witnesses the odyssey of these adventurers.
Throughout the entire journey, travelers will go on a relaxed hike, capturing moments and landscapes in images. These excursions make stops for lunch and each night the place of accommodation varies as the route progresses.
It should be noted that this tour includes the lighthouses located along the Costa Da Morte. Usually the tour begins in Malpica, a beautiful town on the coast. Travelers are shy at first, but between photos they begin to exchange phrases and get to know each other. The terrain is rugged but it is worth the effort while having the beautiful coastline as a backdrop, which from time to time presents the group with a viewpoint where they can marvel at nature and its wonders. We fall short when describing the Route of the Lighthouses these are the most outstanding:

Punta de Nariga Lighthouse

Roncudo Lighthouse
There are 26 kilometers from Niñóns beach to the Ponteceso bridge. During the day’s journey the landscape changes. The group is discovering landscapes that seem virgin and solitary and are interrupted with the activity of the villages. Like that of Roncudo, with its stone structures. The ocean and its wild pounding that produces a particular sound due to the strong winds have given its name to both the village of stone-built houses and the Lighthouse. The Roncudo was built in 1920 and has a height of 38 meters and a range of 13 nautical miles.
